FOR SURVIVORS

If you identify with being a survivor or a victim, I invite you to join Safe Space Conversations. These confidential support groups are available for anyone feeling that they have experienced sexual harassment or assault during their aikido training. Find out more by selecting Safe Space Conversations on the contact page and receive email notifications with invitations to gatherings.

SAFE SPACE CONVERSATIONS

  • Connect online with other people in the wider aikido community in a non-judgmental space

  • Join others that are ready to talk about difficult, sensitive issues

  • Understand that sexual harassment intersects with gender equality, race issues, and social justice

  • Complete the contact form, select Safe Space Conversations, and stay informed about upcoming online gatherings.

If you need immediate assistance, please contact Rape Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) or 800.656.HOPE(4673).
